Right-click My Computer, choose Properties. Select the Performance tab on the Virtual Memory. Select Let me specify my own virtual memory settings. In the Minimum and Maximum, content with 2 or 3 times your RAM. So if you have 32 MB of RAM, content to 64 Mb.
