IP Address is a unique identity for each connected computer in the network, both local and Internet.
When you connect to the Internet, the ISP (Internet Service Provider) that you use will give you the IP Address (public ip) automatically (IP address different ip address for your local jaringn).
To check the IP Address provided by the ISP when you connect to the Internet, you can visit the site:
http://ip-adress.com/
When you open the site then automatically displayed ip address, country, city ISP and the name of the ISP you use, such as the image below:
